Orders are processed same day and shipped within 24 hours. Typically orders placed before noon will be shipped out the same day. After that, the order may be shipped the next day. Shipping is calculated according to each items actual shipping weight and size. Your shipping charge will reflect any changes made to your order in real-time. For example, if you add an item, change the quantity, or change your address, the shipping charge will automatically recalculate to reflect the size and weight of your order as shipped to your address.
We ship all the orders through UPS; however, you have the option to use USPS. If you prefer receiving packages through USPS, just mention it with your order. Or after you place your order, send an email with your order number, or give us a call and we will change that in your order. The price for either carrier is about the same, so we charge order shipped through USPS the same rate.
The shipping & handling charge you see on your invoice will differ from the shipping charge listed on the box because of costs related to handling such as packaging and administration. Since our site is updated every day, what shows up on the site is in stock in our inventory. We will always try to ship out the whole order together. We have many warehouses, so occasionally we may ship some parts out first, and then ship the rest when they get transferred to the same location. At most this will take an extra day because we transfer parts between our warehouses twice daily. If you must have the whole order shipped out together, please specify in the order. Please call or email us if you have any concerns.
Once you place the order and paid, we will never alter the price for shipping even if it ends up costing more. If your order costs us more to ship than we charged you, then we will shoulder the loss. We will never add any additional charges after you have submitted your order.
If you believe that there is a problem with the shipping rate, please let us know before you submit your order. We rarely encounter problems with the cost of shipping for each item. If you think there is a problem with an items shipping rate, please let us know through an email. We would like to better serve all our customers and will fix any problems as soon as humanly possible. Please note that shipping large, bulky items like body parts sometimes require oversized shipping, those will cost more than the standard shipping rate.
All items are returnable for a full refund 30 days. Refunds will be given in the same form as the way you paid. If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number, part number and reason for the return BEFORE you ship the part back to us. Returned items need to be in resalable condition.
Please make sure that the part fits correctly before attempting to install it. We only give you credit for the cost of the part and will not reimburse you for any damages caused by a faulty installation or if the part does not fit. If you damage the part during installation or alter it in any way (such as painting) we will be unable to issue you a refund credit. Please do not paint the part, install it or dispose of the box until you are sure that the part you have is correct and appropriate for your vehicle. Also, please do not alter the box in any way as we will be unable to accept returns in boxes that have been altered.
We will not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake. That includes if we ship you the wrong item you ordered. We inspect each part carefully before we ship them out. In the rare occasion a part is damaged in transit, we will assist you to file a claim through the carrier. The larger the part, the more likely it is to get damaged through shipping. That is why we carry hoods, fenders, and other extremely large parts; however, we do not sell that on our site for the frequent occurrence of damaged parts from shipping.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping, and if you refuse delivery, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. Refunds will be processed in approximately five business days and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your refund has been issued. We will be able issue your refund faster if you provide us with a tracking number.
Within 30 days of the purchase date, if the price changes for the part you ordered, we will credit you the difference of the lower price. So check back every so often, because prices fluctuate every day, and we update the changes of market price for each part in our inventory to our site each day.
All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. We will not accept an item as a return after it is installed due to a defect covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer our own warranty in addition to that offered by the manufacturer. If a part does not work properly or doesn’t last as long as it should after you install it, we will assist you in contacting the manufacture to file a warranty claim. Customer’s privacy is our priority. We do not store your information in a database or any use besides contacting about your order or shipment. We will never call you for marketing or any other reason that is not directly related to an order that you have placed with us. We may use your e-mail (or regular mail) address to inform you of any promotion only from our site, egreenautoparts.com. We will never send you any advertising from a third-party.
